Position Overview:

The HR Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the HR department. This position involves assisting with recruitment efforts, managing employee documentation, coordinating HR activities, and ensuring efficient administrative workflows.

Qualifications:

  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in administrative support or HR assistance is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Aid in recruiting by posting vacancies, arranging interviews, and liaising with candidates.
  • Keep employee records accurate and well-organized, both electronically and in physical files.
  • Support new hire onboarding by preparing orientation materials and necessary documentation.
  • Address employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Handle HR documentation, including leave forms, timesheets, and attendance logs.
  • Organize training, workshops, and activities aimed at employee engagement.
  • Contribute to the preparation of HR reports and related documentation.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits management processes.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to facilitate HR operations.
