Overview: The Human Resources Manager plays a vital role in managing all HR functions within the organization. This position involves designing HR strategies, executing company policies, fostering employee relations, and ensuring adherence to employment regulations to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management or a comparable position.
- In-depth understanding of employment legislation and HR policies.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
Primary Duties:
- Create and implement HR policies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Oversee recruitment activities, including job advertising, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and mediating workplace disputes.
- Supervise performance evaluation processes, including appraisals and continuous feedback.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and employment standards.
- Handle employee benefits, compensation packages, and payroll administration.
- Offer guidance to managers and staff on HR issues and best practices.
- Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Generate HR analytics and reports to support strategic planning.
- Coordinate training programs to develop staff skills and support career growth.
