Overview: The Human Resources Manager plays a vital role in managing all HR functions within the organization. This position involves designing HR strategies, executing company policies, fostering employee relations, and ensuring adherence to employment regulations to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management or a comparable position.
  • In-depth understanding of employment legislation and HR policies.
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

Primary Duties:

  • Create and implement HR policies aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment activities, including job advertising, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and mediating workplace disputes.
  • Supervise performance evaluation processes, including appraisals and continuous feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and employment standards.
  • Handle employee benefits, compensation packages, and payroll administration.
  • Offer guidance to managers and staff on HR issues and best practices.
  • Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Generate HR analytics and reports to support strategic planning.
  • Coordinate training programs to develop staff skills and support career growth.
